To cancel your subscription:
1.If you are paying via PayFast:
Log into your DataGrows account
Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation
Go to My Plan
Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
Click on Confirm
2.If you are paying via Debit Order:
Please email support@mydatagrows.com to cancel. Please note that a 30-day notice applies; a final payment will be deducted from your account after cancellation.
