After creating a database and adding a table:
Go to the table that you want to add a column to.
Click on the +Column button.
Fill in a name for the new column.
Select the type of column you want from the Type dropdown.
Click on the Save button.
If you do not see the +column button, you do not have role access. Only Developer roles can add columns.
That is it! Once you have created a column, you can start capturing data by clicking on +Record (add record)
Further Options
Default value: You can specify a default value. All new records will default to this value unless you type in another value when adding a record.
Calculated column: Calculated columns allow you to do calculations across multiple columns, such as adding two values or joining text columns.
Now you can start adding records
